5. 📝Write down/ have ready questions that you may have.

6. 🎒Whatever you do to personally be ready for things, do it.

7. 🥣Eat - Not too soon before, and don’t be too full.

8. 🍵Hydrate- Drink fluids.

9. 🪷Fast if you feel necessary- Fasting can be used to detox, purify, and to tap into your higher/ deeper Self among other things.

10. 🚽Use the Restroom Before We start.

11. 🧘 Before our session starts, Take 15-30 mins to slows down, stretch, be still, rest and meditate, ground, breathe- come back to your body.
