~You may see me close my eyes and take mini silent stillness breaks, lay down, breath deeply, stretch, dance, sing, utilize sound/chrono/aromatherapy, cleanse or organize the environment, eat food, hydrate myself, excessively sneeze, yawn, burp, and/or anything out of the norm that is safe, intuitively, and instinctually lead, in order to aid in the process of receiving, translating, and transmitting information and energies. If you are talking, and this happens, then you can continue, as I will still be present, unless I express otherwise (e.g., "Hold On" or "Wait A Minute", etc...).
